Customized assessments for legal and administrative proceedings, e.g., pre-sentencing, mitigation, psychosexual, and more. No matter the issue, I will provide an objective, court-admissible evaluation supported by more than 25 years of clinical experience. If I am not the best fit for you, I will help find you someone who is.

Three Step On-Boarding Process

The first step is a brief phone call or email exchange. During this, I will gather basic information, including full names and dates of birth for a conflict check, your reason for seeking an evaluation, and availability.

Names of attorneys representing each party
Service(s) you are looking to hire for
Any due dates, deadlines, or future court dates that I need to be aware of
Estimated number of records to review if applicable
A copy of the court order, if one exists

Based on the information you have provided, I will schedule a phone call with your attorney to determine the next steps.

After the phone call, I may send a contract agreement and retainer request to your attorney. Once you have decided to move forward, you will sign the agreement if applicable and submit your retainer payment. All payments are nonrefundable.
