Dr. Michael Pilcher has maintained an active practice of clinical and forensic counseling since 2001. Throughout his career, he has striven to provide quality services to individuals, couples, families, and the community. This culminated in being awarded both the AMHCA diplomate in advanced clinical mental health counseling practice and clinical mental health counseling specialist in forensic evaluation. In addition, Dr. Pilcher proudly serves on the editorial board of the Journal of Aggression, Maltreatment & Trauma.

Dr. Pilcher earned his master’s and doctorate degrees in counseling and subsequently a master’s in psychology. He holds designations as a multi-state licensed clinical mental health counselor [FL | SC | TN | VA] and addictions counselor [FCB | IC&RC].
